Raw Material

Different grades of steel scrap are procured from the various suppliers. This is one of the most important steps in the steel making as the quality of scrap has a direct impact on the quality of the finished goods. Our company makes sure that the raw material is free from all unnecessary wastes so as to ensure that the quality of finished goods is in accordance to the preset standards.

  Induction Melting

The second step is the process is of induction melting. The various grades of steel along with ferrous and non- ferrous alloys are melted in the induction melting furnace. The ratio of a particular type of steel to be melted entirely depends upon the grade of steel to be manufactured. This step in steel making needs a great caution.

  Casting

The molten steel is then poured into different sizes of mould to form ingots that may be used for rolling or forging.

Rolling/ Forging

The last step in steel making is rolling. In this step the cast steel ingots are re –heated in an annealing furnace. These are then rolled/ forged to form flats, rounds, forged rounds etc.
